Your Personally Identifiable Information (government ID and business certifications) is retained for the duration of your active membership and for up to three (3) years following account closure, as required to comply with applicable verification, tax, and record-keeping regulations. After this period, your PII is permanently deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal retention obligations.
