Professional Conduct

• Represent your business honestly — accurate titles, descriptions, and images for every listing.
• All listings must be approved and verified by Yumarket before going live.
• Conduct every trade in good faith. Fraudulent listings or misrepresentation will result in immediate account suspension.

Communication Standards

• Keep all trade discussions on the Yumarket platform so there is a clear record for both parties and support.
• Respond to trade proposals, contract requests, and messages in a timely, respectful manner.
• No harassment, abusive language, or discriminatory behavior toward other members.

Trade Conduct

• All accepted trades are governed by a digital trade contract. Both parties must sign before a trade is binding.
• Product traders are solely responsible for all shipping costs — Yumarket does not cover or reimburse shipping.
• Service providers must submit photographic proof of completed services through the app upon job completion.
• Honor scheduled trade obligations on the shared calendar.

Verification & Compliance

• Submit a valid government-issued ID and business certification/license during setup.
• Paper Club members receive a verification badge after Yumarket review and approved promoted content.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Yumarket platform rules.

Data & Privacy

• Yumarket collects your PII solely for identity verification and compliance — never sold or shared for marketing.
• PII is retained during your active membership and up to three (3) years after account closure, then permanently deleted or anonymized.
• You may request deletion of your data sooner, subject to legal retention obligations.

Enforcement

• Violations may result in listing removal, verification revocation, or account suspension.
• Trade disputes can be filed from the Trade Disputes page and are reviewed by Yumarket support.
• Yumarket reserves the right to review and approve all promoted content.
